Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst
Job Description:
You will play a key role in identifying emerging threats, wide-spread exploitations, and assessing our customers’ risk exposure. You will assist in the collection and tracking of technical threat trends and the subsequent development of detections, while providing customer remediation support.
Responsibilities:
- Provides on-demand support to the Underwriting teams by delivering vulnerability and exposure assessments, consultations on risk and security posture of organizations.
- Contributes to customer remediation and technical support, coordinates additional external support resources.
- Tracks recently discovered exploits, newly released critical CVEs and contributes to the process of establishing remediation steps.
- Leverages Threat-Intelligence tools to gather risk-exposure data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with tools and processes used in asset discovery, footprinting, and vulnerability assessment.
- Prior system administrator experience preferred, including knowledge of multiple operating systems, system management tools, backup solutions and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles, experience with network and endpoint security solutions.
- Beginner to Intermediate Python scripting experience preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with initiative and excellent communication skills.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
Education:
4-year degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent job experience.
Certifications/ Licenses:
Certifications desired but not required: CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Network +
Hybrid (must be able to be on-site Encino, CA 1 or 2 days per week)

For candidates working in person or remotely in Encino, CA, the reasonable pay range for this specific position is $85,500 – $117,480 annually. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the Company.
