Join Aprio’s Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Cybersecurity GRC Program Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures that align with best practices and regulations.
    • Establish and maintain an effective governance framework for consistent and accountable security practices.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define security goals, objectives, and strategies.
    • Identify and assess security risks through regular evaluations.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to minimize potential threats.
    • Monitor and report on risk mitigation efforts to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and contractual obligations.
    • Coordinate and support audits, assessments, and compliance reviews.
    • Oversee security awareness and training programs for employees.
    • Foster a security-conscious culture throughout the organization.
    • Collaborate with incident response teams to develop effective plans and procedures.
    • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support during security incidents or breaches.
    • Evaluate and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors.
    • Conduct vendor security assessments and due diligence.
    • Monitor and track vendor performance and compliance.
    • Assist in building a team of security professionals responsible for GRC activities.
    • Provide mentorship and support to team members.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree (an advanced degree is preferred).
    • 5+ year of experience in Information Security, with at least 3 years in GRC.
    • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc.).
    • Experience in developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures.
    • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
    • Proven experience in risk management, including conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
    • Experience in managing and coordinating internal and external audits and compliance assessments.

$110,000 – $160,000 a year

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
