Overview
This role will be part of a growing team focused on supporting the Data and Analytics Operations team within PepsiCo. It will directly support the Data + Analytics Operations lead with managing the Global Data Governance (GDG) team resourcing/staffing plans, budget considerations, and Annual Operating Plans. It will work closely and collaborate with the Global Data Governance team to ensure monthly actuals and forecast resources and cost are maintained and implement new processes to streamline how the team operates. This role will be a central point of connection for the Global Data Governance Chapter to ensure the day-to-day resource
Responsibilities
Resource Management:
- Coordinate across Global Data Governance overall resourcing needs on a period basis
- Identify areas of opportunity to streamline and optimize resourcing across GDG teams
- Complete all period resourcing updates in central resource management tool, OneRoster
- Conduct analysis of complex resourcing data sets and develop thoughtful insights that will help drive business decisions
- Leverage tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to assist the team with visualizing current and future resourcing plans
- Steward and manage all open role budget forecasts and mapping for the team
- Serve as the point of contact for all day-to-day resourcing needs within the Global Data Governance team
- Lead the GDG team through resource planning as part of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process
- Lead and coordinate all SOW, PO, and invoice management processes in accordance with approved budget
- Ability to work and understand finance and global procurement processes to efficiently process SOWs, POs, Invoices, etc.
Budget Management:
- Track, maintain, and coordinate the GDG team financials alongside our finance business partners
- Conduct thorough analysis of the GDG financials; identify and flag any gaps or issues identified
- Steward the financial management of the GDG team across various program operational budgets and CapEx budgets
- Track and manage all GDG contractors and ensure all updates are captured in the central resource management tool, OneRoster
- Conduct monthly financial reviews with Finance and GDG leadership team
- Serve as the primary POC for GDG with Finance Business Partners
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800-$125,250 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required, MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in either business operations, FP&A, or related operations role
- Experience navigating large matrix organizations
- Extensive experience in visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong system and technical skills not limited to: Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, & Sharepoint
- Advance experience in MS Office Product (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Positive, self-starter mindset; ability to solve complex problems with simplicity and scale
- Excellent collaborator and ability to navigate matrix organizational environment
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines
