We are seeking individuals to join our growing team of data administrators reporting to the Manager of Data Operations. Data administrators are responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of Vericred’s health insurance plan data. They research, acquire, interpret, and QA information from multiple sources and use different platforms for manual data entry.
This role is based in Ideon’s New York City office and reports to the Manager of Data Operations.
In this role you will:
- Obtain data from numerous external sources
- Identify new data sources
- Identify and resolve quality and completeness issues
- Collaborate within a larger team but have ownership of your assigned workload
We’d love to talk if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of data operations/data entry experience
- Exhibit the ability to handle heavy input of data with a high level of accuracy
- Have strong transcription skills
- Have a thorough working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal software systems
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy and the ability to work independently
- Have a love for data
- Start-up or early stage company experience a plus
