• 2 or more years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in writing SQL queries on large data sets with complex data models
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerPivot, functions, VBA)
• Data management experience; knowledgeable in database rules, writing queries, and relational database creation and management (create, query, relate)
• An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables and communicate them to business owners
• Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
1. Emphasis on SQL skills â” what are the 5 parts of a query and what order to do they execute in, whats the longest query you’ve written and what’s an avg query length (50+ line queries multiple joins and understanding the different type of joins) filtering in the joins; window functions; partition functions; interview will go through a series of functions; whats the diff between CTEs temp tables and sub queries â” bring queries that they’ve written
2. 90% Predominantly writing reports- write queries in sql and bring as custom queries into tableau (could be powerBI)
3. researching with business (where do we store this data from there how does it get stored) and building relationship with business to provide FB about metrics and guiding business towards actionable metrics
4. 10% ad hoc queries
