We are currently accepting applications for a Data Analyst. This position is a hybrid schedule in Midvale, UT.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
- Collect, validate, model, and analyze data for the organization.
- Prepare statistical and narrative report, recommendations, and participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and provide analytical support to other departments and managers as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure quality control of databases.
- Assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.
- Design and/or develop specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop key metrics, design and implementation of initiatives and processes.
- Interpret performance trends, identify root causes behind the trends, and contribute to the development of performance improvement efforts.
- Perform special projects as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelors in business, finance, or a related field and some experience in statistical/data analysis, modeling, business systems, data bases, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Basic knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage, and meet deadlines.
- Solid analysis, research, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of data bases, report writing, statistical software, and MS office applications.
- Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
- Good problem solving, root cause analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.

Salary range (depending on location and experience): $60,000-$70,000
