Your Purpose

  • Collect, validate, model, and analyze data for the organization.
  • Prepare statistical and narrative reports, recommend and participate in the analysis, and interpretation of data as appropriate.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and provide analytical support to other departments and managers as needed.
  • Assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.
  • Design and/or develop specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop key metrics, design and implementation of initiatives and processes.
  • Interpret performance trends, identify root causes behind trends, and contribute to the development of performance improvement efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field and some experience in statistical/data analysis, modeling, business systems, data bases or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Must have SQL experience.
  • Be curious and uncover meaningful insights to bring to the business.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage and meet deadlines.
  • Solid analysis, research, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of databases, report writing, statistical software, and MS office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
  • Good problem solving, root cause analysis, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.

Pay range (depending on experience and location): $60,000-$75,000
