Your Purpose
- Collect, validate, model, and analyze data for the organization.
- Prepare statistical and narrative reports, recommend and participate in the analysis, and interpretation of data as appropriate.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and provide analytical support to other departments and managers as needed.
- Assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.
- Design and/or develop specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop key metrics, design and implementation of initiatives and processes.
- Interpret performance trends, identify root causes behind trends, and contribute to the development of performance improvement efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field and some experience in statistical/data analysis, modeling, business systems, data bases or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Must have SQL experience.
- Be curious and uncover meaningful insights to bring to the business.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis.
- Ability to gather and analyze statistical data, utilize statistical computer software, manage and meet deadlines.
- Solid analysis, research, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of databases, report writing, statistical software, and MS office applications.
- Basic knowledge of project techniques and practices.
- Good problem solving, root cause analysis, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.

Pay range (depending on experience and location): $60,000-$75,000
