DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTING LEAD
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Data Analytics and Reporting Lead will be responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and solutions for data, analytics, and associated automation across the Banking and Investment Services organization. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and will include such goals as defining our data reporting and analytics strategy with respect to data sourcing, tooling, training, and governance as well as creating and implementing repeatable business aligned insight across B&IS metrics, SLAs, and capacity modeling. The Data Analytics and Reporting Lead will also engage with our technology teams help define and support a broader end user approach to data within the larger firm-wide strategy. This role may also include future oversight of other associated automation and analytics functions. Candidate should be familiar with data sourcing strategies, data transformation and normalization, data analytics approaches as well as visual data story telling. Expertise with Alteryx, Tableau, and Snowflake is a plus, but similar experience welcome. The role will report to the head of Strategy and Transformation in B&IS.
Banking and Investment Services Division
Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Define B&IS strategy for Data Analytics and Reporting by developing the strategy, roadmap, and solutions for data, analytics, and associated automation
- Prioritize creation and delivery of business aligned reporting to support insight across metrics, SLA’s, capacity modeling and other business needs
- Lead cross-functional strategic vision of end user approach to data within the larger firm-wide strategy
- Create scalable end user model with respect to data sourcing, tooling, training, and governance
- Reengineer core business process reporting to be highly automated, and provide deep insight at manager and executive level
- Coach and lead Operational Excellence Team members on assigned business objectives.
- Develops project plans and executes within approved time and budget.
- Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success.
- Manages risk by ensuring reviews and sign offs from appropriate stakeholders
- Works cross-functionally with technical, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues as they arise.

Compensation
Starting base salary: $101,231 – $172,355 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
