Description
Being a Coordinator of Data Management and Reporting is responsible for leading Data Management and Reporting for the Houston Area Womens Center. This position leads the development and management of the agencys CRM database and all reporting requirements. This position ensures grant compliance with funders; responsible for all reports to local, state and federal funding sources. Responsible for coordinating aspects of post-award grant coordination, financial disbursements, reporting, training, and compliance. This position also supports the grant management, CQI, and compliance activities of the Quality Management and Compliance department.

- Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Our Total Compensation Package:
- Starting Salary: $42,161.52

Qualifications
The Requirements We are Seeking:
- You have a bachelors degree
- You have at minimum two years experience in quality and compliance, grant compliance, database management, data analysis, or similar.
- Non-profit experience preferred.
- You have a valid Texas drivers license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation
What you Deliver in this role:
Data Management
- You will be responsible for monitoring outcomes, goals, and required data entry; client eligibility review, analysis, and reporting. Keep up to date internal and external CRM database forms and reports.
- You will be responsible for the development of systems, policies, and procedures to manage agency client data system and monitor activities of staff to ensure that data entry is in compliance with laws, regulations, and terms and conditions of the funder, law, and agency. Submit all reports timely and accurately, including timely response to report corrections.
- You will lead data management activities including but not limited to data collection, analysis, and database management. Lead interdepartmental data management meetings to ensure effective management of all aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Lead monthly review meetings with program staff to address underperformance and resource needs. - You will identify, update, and maintain data system, processes, workflows, and procedures. Provide training and document staff training completion.
Reporting and Compliance
- You will be in Compliance reviewing contracts, ensuring service provision and data entry is in compliance with grant requirements. Documenting processes and developing tools to support staff implementation.
- You will be responsible for leading all activities related to performance reporting to ensure compliance with deadlines of technical and programmatic reports to federal agencies, private funders, and others.
- You will develop and implement internal auditing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- You will identify grant compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
- You will provide assistance to internal or external auditors in grant compliance reviews.
- You will complete, submit and file all reports to funders in a timely manner
- Other duties/projects may be assigned.
