What You Will Do
– Develop Marketing dashboards in collaboration with the internal Uber BI team
– Work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs for data, coordinate roadshows to present deliverables, collect feedback, run learning sessions, and boost adoption
– Deeply analyze underlying marketing data and identify the most efficient ways to visualize insights and/or issues to be fixed
– Establish systems and pipelines for preparing and cleaning data for the BI team to work with
– Identify data requirements for future projects, build detailed specifications, and work together with the team to identify sources of data
– For internal sources of data, work together with operational teams to coordinate data collection, build guidelines on naming conventions and ops processes, and facilitate implementation of these guidelines
Basic Qualifications
– Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools for data analysis/visualization
– 4+ years of experience building BI and developing ETL
– Excellent ability to identify data inconsistencies, detect origins of anomalies, and find the most efficient solutions
– 2+ years of experience working with marketing data; knowledge of marketing platforms’ campaign manager tools is preferred
– Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs, run presentations, and collect feedback
– Experience building operational guidelines with strive to ensure excellent data governance, using naming conventions and facilitating broad adoption
Preferred Qualifications
– Familiarity with Google App Scripts, Big Query, and building automation using the Google Suite
– Experience working with brand marketing analytics, especially survey-based measurement tools (BLS, Cross-media research)

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $140,000 per year – $156,000 per year.
