We have an exciting opportunity as a Database Administrator in our Philanthropy/Development department . We have locations in Portland and Corvallis, Oregon Work location is flexible and may qualify for a hybrid work model. Position will require regular periodic in office hours.
About the Opportunity:
Provides leadership in data management for all external records of donors, prospective donors, volunteers and other constituents with whom Trillium Family Services has a relationship. In collaboration with the Philanthropy team, the individual coordinates and provides records management, research, reporting, and data entry and development assistance in the identification, cultivation and stewardship of TFS constituents. This role supports the Philanthropy team with administrative needs. This individual also serves as Development liaison to the Accounting Department and ensures that Trillium’s Development activities are in compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
- Wage: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
- 40/hours week; Monday – Friday

About You:
- You are mission sensed, seeking meaningful work and career growth
- Four (4) year college degree or equivalent education/experience. Two years of strong experience may be combined with two-year degree.
- Maintain a driving record acceptable by the agency and a current driver’s license for state of residence; when authorized to use own vehicle for agency business, employee must maintain personal insurance
- Three-five (3-5) years’ experience in administrative and/or database management involving reports and database administration
- Must possess practical Raiser’s Edge knowledge and experience.
- Preference given to more than two years of Raiser’s Edge experience, demonstrated ability to use Crystal Reports, and experience with Research and Events modules
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Emotional Intelligence, Flexibility, Computer. Word Processing and Data Entry Experience
