What You’ll Do:

  • Acts as liaison for the Dayton Claim Director
  • Writes communications to staff implementing directives from the Claim Director & verbally interacts with other BWC senior management on behalf of Claim Director
  • Serves as the service office budget liaison and monitors spending within the office & maintains fiscal records
  • Assures that expenses do not exceed allotted moneys by comparing Service Office expenditures to the agency’s Fiscal Department printout & verifies accuracy
  • Analyzes information for backlogs, inaccuracies, and comparison of production & communicates findings orally & in writing to the Claim Director & makes recommendations
  • Maintains service office SharePoint site and acts as a resource for Statewide service office SharePoint sites.
  • Coordinates all requisitions of office equipment & other supplies (e.g., phone charges, seminars, reimbursements)

Qualifications
Completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from accredited career school or community college; 12 mos. exp. in secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or 30 mos. exp. or 30 mos. trg. in secretarial/administrative professional field.

-Or 12 mos. exp. as Administrative Professional 2,16872.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
