Debt Capital Markets Manager

Your Role

Reporting to the US CFO, you will help define our long-term fleet financing strategy, driving execution and sourcing of all debt-related deals. This role will be a crucial part of FINN’s business as we look to scale the business with sophisticated capital markets transactions.

Your Responsibilities

    • Execute our debt financing strategy: Work to build out our capital structure and execute our short and long-term debt financing strategy to support continued growth in the United States.
    • Drive deal execution: Drive the execution of new debt financing deals while taking responsibility for data analysis and modeling. Partner with internal teams across Fleet, Operations, and Engineering to help create a best-in-class financing platform.
    • Monitor our debt portfolio: Maintain the data and reporting infrastructure for our debt facilities on a daily basis. Ensure ongoing covenant compliance and sufficient funding capacity.
    • Build long term partnerships:Network with banks, debt funds and other investors to spark interest in FINN and grow our network. Work closely with attorneys, rating agencies, and service providers to launch new financing strategies.
    • Own stakeholder reporting and communication: Design and maintain a reporting framework to ensure internal and external stakeholders are updated on performance and financial metrics as it relates to FINN’s portfolio.

Your Profile

    • Graduated top of your undergraduate class; Master’s degree in a business-related field of study is a plus
    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in structured credit, investment banking, capital markets or a related field. Experience in automotive financing is a plus
    • Very strong analytical and quantitative skills and work with great attention to detail
    • Enjoy questioning the status quo and finding creative solutions
    • Organized and experienced in working with or managing a team of experts on a daily basis

$117,500 – $132,500 a year

The salary for this role will be within the range of $117,500 to $132,500. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting, and is only applicable to jobs located in New York City. However, the actual salary offered may be more or less than the range posted. Factors that may influence an employee’s pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, education level, seniority, and performance. This compensation range may also be subject to change in the future.
