Our Brockton, MA Hub is currently seeking a Part-time driver to join our team!

Job Shift: 25 hrs per week, Sunday- Airport tenders approx 4pm-8pm, warehouse, fleet, Monday-3am-1pm Tuesday- 3am-3pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Safely operate, load, unload and deliver freight utilizing a small box truck or cargo van.
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time sensitive schedules that require detailed attention.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety.
- Ability to navigate surrounding areas using GPS and comfortable with scanning devices.
- Able to lift, bend, stop, twist, move, push and pull up to 40 pounds; tolerate prolonged sitting while driving.
- Comfortable climbing into and out of vehicles repeatedly with no difficulties.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed; evaluate and report issues through the appropriate parties (dispatch/ managers).
- Clean, wash and sanitize assigned vehicles.
Ability to: Perform duties in all weather conditions; comply with local traffic laws and speed limits; read maps and/or navigate vehicle to delivery sites; maintain good work habits including reporting to work on time.
The work is characterized as light work. Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Minimum Requirements and Employee Expectations:
- Must be 21+ years of Age
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer moving violations in the past 3 years and no DWI/DUI in the past 5 years for insurance purposes).
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Ability to use smartphones and willingness to learn our company’s workflow-related applications
- Basic computer, tablet and/or smartphone skills and GPS and other routing systems
- Experience driving cargo vans and box trucks.
- Be a quick learner, detail-oriented, dependable, have a positive attitude
- Communication proficiency – Able to follow verbal and written directions
- Must NOT be restrictive for access on military bases
