Description
The Delivery Manager provides executional support across all disciplines, solves problems, and builds relationships with all internal and client teams to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are clearly communicated and executed. Ensures agency success by keeping projects in line with the scope of work.

Ultimately, a successful Delivery Manager should own and be ultimately responsible for the delivery of all projects within a client or a set of clients.
Responsibilities
- Define, and execute against, processes established for successful delivery of a Key Account’s projects
- Manage internal teams and client relationships in alignment with Sales and Account Team
- Maintain direct client relationships and serve as the main point of contact with Product Owners and others in leadership
- Serve as a key point of contact and liaison for cross-divisional teams, agency peers and management
- Oversee delivery on multiple work streams to ensure process consistency and pivot as necessary
- Support creation of Pre-Sales responses with other teams within TA Digital for new business engagement where applicable
- Support scoping and estimation exercises with Client Engagement teams
- Create and distribute Kick Off documents as required
- Schedule internal meetings and capture notes, action items/next steps
- Holistically review accounts and identify areas of opportunity and gap resolution
- Provide strategic direction related to processes and resolution paths
- Continuously monitor project health via resourcing, profitability and burn rates.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Track key project performance metrics and control change management.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing
- Over 10+ years of experience in delivering web/digital experience projects
- Over 5+ years of experience as tactical project manager
- Over 2+ years of Enterprise level Workfront implementation management experience (Required)
- Experience implementing and supporting digital marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager(AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, Marketo, Analytics, Search, and web development a plus
- Account Management experience is a big plus
- Experience handling digital strategy, content strategy, and customer experience engagements
- Experience managing site rebranding projects from design to delivery.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:
The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $125K – $150K plus a variable component is anticipated for this role in the US.
