About The Role
As Delivery Project Manager, you will be part of UpClear’s Client team. You will work with our new client partners in North America to deploy our SaaS software. The role involves establishing rollout project plans, managing all communications with client partners stakeholders through our client portal and weekly meetings, and coordinating internal activities with our Solution teams. We perform most of our rollout remotely now, but the role may include occasional travels to client locations in North America for Orientation or Go-live training sessions.

Responsibilities
- Manage SaaS rollout projects, including time and resource management
- Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs and motivations
- Coordinate internal activities related to the rollout, primarily with Solution teams
- Ensure successful rollout project closure, including smooth transition to our Client Success team at end of the project
- Develop internal best practices for successful rollouts, and train newcomers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s with a minimum 3-5 years of work experience, including Business Analysis and Project or Account Management
- Strong communication and project management skills, strong client management skills
- Ability to quickly diagnose and address issues/concerns from multiple levels of the client organization and communicate effectively
- Ability to successfully manage ambiguity and adapts to changing conditions during projects
- Ability to establish best practices and “ways of working” with the client
- Ability to work in an international, fast paced, and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- IT/Tech project management
- Preferred – experience in Consumer Goods, especially in the Trade Promotion Management / Revenue Management areas
