Job Description
LaSalle Network is partnering with a NYC technology start up, hiring a Demand Generation Manager due to growth! This company is changing the way that corporations utilize location data to help improve revenue, marketing visibility and customer experience.
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive conversions, opportunities and revenue. The successful candidate will be skilled in creating and executing effective campaigns across a variety of marketing channels, focusing on paid channels as well as owned channels like email marketing.
Demand Generation Manager Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to create and own a comprehensive demand generation plan that directly contributes to pipeline and revenue targets
- Lead the planning, development and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, webinars, events and other demand generation activities
- Own and maintain the campaign calendar to ensure proper campaign prioritization and scheduling for each buyer persona
- Provide input and guidance around future content needs, including formats and topics that perform best at each stage of the sales cycle
- Closely monitor the performance of all campaigns to ensure they are delivering against established targets while optimizing assets that perform below benchmarks
- Coordinate project communications and tasks across product, marketing, agencies and contractors
- Manage our account-based marketing program and partner with the BDR team to generate engagement across top target accounts
- Optimize website and CRO strategy, providing input and recommendations to help fuel organic growth
Demand Generation Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Demand Generation
- 2+ years of experience in the tech/SaaS industry or at a startup
- Experience in the data industry a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate with multiple key stakeholders across various departments
- Project management skills, with an ability to manage the tradeoffs between fast vs. perfect, and understand when it’s time for each
- Highly motivated team player with a positive outlook and a self-starter mentality
