Deloitte is in the midst of scaling digital demand generation capabilities. We are evolving how we think about the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns in order to fuel the sales pipeline with new clients, and generate additional growth with existing clients.

As a Demand Generation Strategist Lead Specialist, you will be a key member of our in-house marketing agency, responsible for designing and executing orchestrated campaigns that drive business growth. You would be responsible for creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major search engines and social media networks with an emphasis on Google and LinkedIn. You would also support the email marketing team in executing nurture campaigns through our marketing automation platform, Eloqua. The ideal candidate will have proven success and hands-on experience with search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, demand and lead generation, and deriving insights from data analysis.

Reporting to a Demand Generation Manager, you will work closely with marketing, sales, business, and technology partners to achieve our aligned objectives. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and programs to generate leads and acquire target contacts (email, social, paid, events, affiliate, etc.)
  • Create and manage Paid Social and SEM campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and the other major social media and search engine platforms adhering to channel best practices.
  • Own the strategy and execution at campaign level for Eloqua email nurtures, workflows, segmented lists, assets, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, strategists, data storytellers, account managers, and creative colleagues to drive campaigns that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact
  • Lead or contribute to integrated campaign strategy ideation and pitch opportunities across varied teams
  • Work with marketers to determine audience segmentation and identify buyer personas to inform compelling content strategies and end-user experiences aligned to the buyer journey.
  • Work with others on programs and projects designed to maintain and evolve our channels including, but not limited to, implementation of new channels or new tactics, development of roadmaps, and pilot plans
  • Assess and analyze campaign performance. Identify drivers or detractors of campaign performance and create actionable next steps for optimization
  • Keep up to date with industry and search engine updates; communicate implications for program and recommended actions to broader team
  • Help educate on best practices, upskill team members, and identify new and innovative ways to create impact
  • Lead team learning and strategy documentation for repeatable, effective go-to-market approaches
  • Develop and train agency professionals on best practices and channel optimization
  • Oversee and implement A/B testing

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Minimum 4-6 years integrated campaign strategy and paid media experience; agency experience preferred
  • Ability to think beyond just one channel and influence an omnichannel campaign strategy and customer experience
  • In-platform digital advertising execution experience. Pulling the levers in search and social advertising platforms such Google Ads and/or LinkedIn are preferred; both is a bonus.
  • Experience with creating and optimizing solution-focused content marketing strategies aligned to key buyer issues and the demand funnel.
  • Lead nurture campaign execution experience in Eloqua
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Experience with omnichannel journey orchestration and segmentation technology
  • Experience with Agile ways of working
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize the business implications of data and deliver key insights to stakeholders
  • Ability to work and achieve results with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
  • Familiarity with quantitative analysis skills including A/B testing and understanding of trending and forecasting
  • Strong Excel & digital analytics experience
  • Excellent oral/written presentation skills; proficiency in preparation and presentation of campaign proposals and/or campaign performance analysis to various audiences including senior-level business stakeholders without marketing experience
  • Experience managing various size campaigns, budgets, vendor billing, and expense reconciliation
  • Strong ability to effectively manage meetings, drive discussions to conclusion, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders at various levels

  • Understanding of SEO principles and tactics
  • Bonus: Sprinklr and/or Adobe Analytics experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400-$165000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
