Des Moines Public Schools is seeking a Demographics and Enrollment Analyst.
Job Summary: Monitors, analyzes, forecasts, and evaluates demographic and enrollment data to provide insight for effective staff allocation, master schedules, and building attendance area decisions.
Successful candidates for this position will possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in computer information systems or other technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the education field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data analysis
- Strong leadership and organizational awareness with ability to facilitate and resolve conflicts
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Able to handle detail-oriented work while meeting schedules and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competency working in a culturally diverse environment or the willingness to acquire these skills
Highly Qualified candidates for this position will possess:
- Experience with Infinite Campus
- Experience with PowerSchool BusinessPlus
- Experience in report writing using tools that include SQL Server Management Studio, Tableau, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Excel

Salary Range for this position:
$72,696 – $87,984
This represents the minimum to mid-point of the salary range. Candidates offered employment will be compensated based on skills, work experience and education.
- Position is 260 day calendar / 8 hours a day.
