The Opportunity

The I&C Project Manager position is an experienced position in our Mansfield, MA office within the Project Management & Controls organization in the I&C Unit. In this role you will be part of a team of Project Managers responsible for the overall success and management of projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. This position will manage small and simple, single product line projects, or elements and functions within larger projects under the direct supervision of Senior PMs.

What You’ll Do at Framatome

In this position you can expect to:

  • Prepare project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives
  • Utilize approved project management methods and processes to execute low risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations
  • Provide primary interface between project team, management, and client
  • Develop assignments, timetables, and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project
  • Coordinate multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Utilize team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance
  • Manage the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices
  • Coordinate project schedule updates based on weekly project team input

Required Experience

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Bachelors Degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience or experience in lieu of degree. At least 2 years of project-related experience is required. Advanced degrees may substitute for years of related experience.

  • Past experience managing Customer based projects with magnitude above $2M
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to develop a cohesive and cooperative team environment
  • Shows initiative to identify what needs to be done & complete before being asked
  • Possesses critical thinking skills to analyze, draw conclusions & makes recommendations based on data
  • Skilled in use of MS Office product, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills
  • Familiar with project management and Critical Path Methodology (CPM) principles and techniques

Our total rewards package

The range of base salary for the position is between $100,000 – $136,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
