Job Summary/Basic Function
Design printed and electronic materials for Dance, Music, and Theatre areas. Coordinate the updating and maintaining of web pages, marketing and recruitment materials, and event programs such as flyers, brochures, and posters. Collaborate on the promotion and logistics of performing arts presentations and outreach events.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should be creative and have strong communication skills, writing skills, good work habits, and the ability to work on multiple projects at a time. Must be able to operate a personal computer.
Seeking applicants who have the ability to organize, prioritize and complete deadlines with varied work projects.
Must be Weber State student.
Applicant should meet all requirements for 50/50 worker positions:
Must have a 2.0 GPA or higher
Must meet the minimum credit hour requirements for the semesters the supervisor is requesting funding:
Fall: 12 credit hours
Spring: 12 credit hours
Must be an undergraduate student working on their FIRST bachelor degree (cannot be post-baccalaureate).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social media, photography, videography and/or graphic design is a plus. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner and passionate about the performing arts.
