Depot Integration Systems Analyst Senior – 2732

Position located at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California and not eligible for telecommuting.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate with Resource Integration Team (RIT), site leadership, and Depot Systems Maintenance Engineers (SME) to determine appropriate task priorities and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.
  • Resolve supportability concerns with research and analysis of potential mitigations.
  • Identify issues impacting the organization’s priorities and objectives and partner with management to address improvements.
  • Assist with development and continuous improvement of RIT organizational processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Develop/implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Track and prioritize maintenance tasks and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) progress and actions to maximize site access and increase system Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RMA).
  • Oversee and tracking of Emergency and Urgent Depot Level Corrective Maintenance (E/UDLM) with site leadership and Maintenance Control to ensure repair focus is in line with organizational priorities.
  • Participate in Depot Integrated Planning Team (IPT) meeting to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Develop and implement new processes and metrics using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Provide timely escalation and support process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in applicable technical discipline or range maintenance and/or operations.
  • Experience developing and implementing work processes and efficiencies, reports, and presentations.
  • Proficient in use of MS Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional.
  • Experience navigating web tools, computer software databases, word processing programs, file systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance planning and engineering activities and their interrelationship preferred.
  • Ability to effectively utilize asset management, maintenance management, or inventory management systems in a business environment preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Western Range subsystems and maintenance concepts preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Occasional travel to instrumentation sites on Vandenberg AFB and Pillar Point AFS.
  • Able to work with moderate office noise (business office with computers, printers, phones, light traffic).
  • The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours or on weekends to support specific project or mission requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • This position is located at Vandenberg SFB, CA.

The salary range for this role is $76,970 to $120,485; however, RGNext considers several factors when extending an offer for employment, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training and preferred skills and knowledge.
