Position Summary: The Deputy Director of Battleground Fundraising plays an integral role in the Battleground team. The Battleground team raises money directly for our Frontline Members and Red to Blue candidates. This position will be responsible for the PAC and Member portion of the fundraising on this team.
This position is part of a collective bargaining unit.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manages and executes the day-to-day fundraising operation on behalf of Frontline (incumbent) Members and Red to Blue candidates;
- Staff events conducted on behalf of Frontline (incumbent) Members and Red to Blue candidates;
- Prepare call time, donor meeting, and event materials, as necessary;
- Staffing DCCC principals in call time, donor meetings, and at events;
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1) cycle of political fundraising experience;
- Travel is required for this position;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to the election of Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives;
- Familiarity with Democratic political actors and landscape;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NGP;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Superior time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Salary Description
$78,610.00 a year
