Responsibilities
• Ability to take detailed feedback from Design Director, Creative Director & VP to execute company vision.
• Expert in Adobe creative suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Tech packs creation – this job is focused on details of garments, set ups in AI, implementing in PLM.
• Understanding in knit fabrications, wash treatments, trims
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas to group.
• Communicate regularly to assist in product development & production with team + vendors.
• Manage development and execution of trim and artwork packages.
• Conduct & participate in live fittings – must have comprehensive understanding of garment construction specifically intimates.
• MUST HAVE Experience in designing and or technical knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Fashion Design experience is a must.
• Expert in Adobe creative suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator all a must
• Specializes in Ai Sketches, BOM and PLM systems.
• Develops trim and finish AI packages to send to vendor.
• Manages trim lab dips and trackers.
• Very detailed oriented and enjoys the technical and development side of design.
• Builds great relationships with cross-functional teams and can work with vendors.
• Detail oriented.
• Very proficient in Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or equivalent industry experience.
• Expert Knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word and Full Circle PLM (WFX)
• Ability to mentor and motivate a team – positive can-do attitude.
• Strong time management skills with excellent ability to efficiently prioritize and delegate.
$80,000 – $100,000 a year
