In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing innovative electromechanical systems, components, and products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop electromechanical designs from concept to production phase
Create detailed designs using AutoCAD and/or Solid works Design software
Apply knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability
Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts
Conduct feasibility studies and make design recommendations based on analysis of data and performance metrics
Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Developing and designing solar rated disconnect and splice boxes.
- Creating BOMs and completing submittals for quotes
- Updating part number matrix and pricing in system of record
- Other items as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:
- BA/BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- 0-2 years of experience.
