POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Design Engineer II, Mid works on projects/matters of high complexity as the subject matter expert. They will contribute to the design of new products and improvements to existing products. Researches and evaluates products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability. Analyzes test results and recommends appropriate design changes. Coordinates engineering staff and other company resources to complete projects. Will supervise and manage employees, create work schedules, and assign overtime when required to meet production dates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BS in Engineering Management
- 3 – 7 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Tower Climber Certification
