Job Description

Position Overview:

The Windows Design Manager oversees the design process for Window Displays and Creative Campaign Designs.

Key Accountabilities:

Window Display Design

  • Design and lead window design team including freelancers through the process of generating highly luxury-oriented, design-savy window designs through 3D renderings, model building, paint elevations, and drafting for all show windows, wall vitrines and special projects for all Tiffany stores worldwide.
  • Partner closely with CVM VP Creative Director to ensure design progress reflects the original, sophisticated and innovative creative direction for any given campaign/project, utilizing heightened materials and craftsmanship techniques.

Liaise with Production Team

  • Partner with CVM Production to ensure all designs are produced to maintain design integrity, but that designs may require revision to achieve production challenges. Responsible to develop production files and prototypes collaboratively, ensuring top luxury material fabrication and craftsmanship choices.
  • Collaborate to present prototypes for approvals along the project timeline.

Lead Window Design deliverables

  • Provide schedule and check-in structure so that ample time is allowed for the development of projects.
  • React quickly to feedback for timely design revisions
  • Ensuring work is prepared for presentations and set ups

Required Qualifications:

  • A college degree in Visual Merchandising or related field.
  • Window Display background with 5+ years of window display experience.
  • 5-7 years experience overseeing creative professionals.
  • 3-5 years Production experience
  • Knowledge of Lighting Design
  • Excellent Merchandising Skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Talented at digital rendering including 3D
  • 3D modeling skills, and Capable of reading basic floorplans, architectural elevations, and construction drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
  • Knowledge of jewelry.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $117,810 – $166,320. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience. Management is also eligible for bonus. #LI-BM1
