Position Summary:
The Company hires and trains individuals with less than one year of experience and enters them into our Driver Training Program. Driver Trainees receive training and coaching and perform driver duties that allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a professional driver position.

- Shift: 1st, Full-Time Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)
- Routes: Home Every Night and Off on Major Holidays
- Must be 21 Years of Age
- Must have Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License; or Class D with F Endorsement (less than a year of experience is acceptable)
- Pay: $180.00 daily rate for Class B or Class D with F endorsement or $235.00 daily rate for Class A. Once Class A license is obtained and training period is complete, pay will be up to $80,000 per year
- Road to Delivery Program: Willingness to pursue Class A License; Company will sponsor school and licensing

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Satisfactorily complete the company’s Driver Training Program
- Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Use Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
- Maneuver vehicle and equipment in congested areas with limited space and potential obstacles
- Unload and deliver products to our customer utilizing various methodologies that may include manual conveyors, carts, or pallets in multi-temperature environments
- Provide exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel
- Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
- Pick up returned product as required
- Collect company assets to include payments, carts, pallets, etc.
- Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
- Complete company training and certifications as required
- Effectively communicate and maintain contact with shift supervisor, dispatch, and/or co-workers
- Other projects or duties as assigned
