Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a WordPress/CraftCMS Developer to join our Innova Solutions Team on a full time, direct hire role.

Location: Remote, Central/East Coast preferred
As a WordPress/CraftCMS Developer that is part of the Innova Solutions Team, you will be part of the team that will serve as the point of contact for the client’s Content Management System. You will:
- Create, edit, and publish content on WordPress and CraftCMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Organize and categorize content to optimize user experience and website navigation.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement custom functionalities and features in WordPress and CraftCMS using PHP and NodeJs.
- Extend the capabilities of the content management systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Integrate external APIs to fetch data and automate content updates from various sources.
- Implement API-driven solutions to enhance content delivery and user interactions.
- Manage MySQL databases, including data migration, backup, and optimization.
- Design and maintain database schemas to support content management needs.
- Establish and maintain content management workflows, ensuring proper approval processes and version control.
- Enforce content governance policies to maintain content quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Monitor website performance and conduct regular performance optimization to improve page load times and user experience.
- Optimize database queries and improve overall website speed.
- Investigate and resolve content-related issues reported by users or stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to content editors and authors.
- Implement security best practices to protect website content and user data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement necessary measures for data protection.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to content management processes and custom functionalities.
- Conduct training sessions for content editors and authors to empower them to use the content management systems effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience using WordPress and CraftCMS.
- Hands on PHP and NodeJS experience.
- API driven solutions and development.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $90,000 – $112,500 per year.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
