Our client, a commercial real estate company, is adding to their development team. The right candidates for this role will have worked in a fast-paced environment, and have advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In this role you will support the team by tracking budgets, collecting data, and putting together complex spreadsheets and presentations for meetings. You will also schedule meetings, process expenses, and communicate with field offices throughout the US. This is an onsite role in Jericho, NY working Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
- The salary is $ 55,000 – $ 60,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Supporting 3 Senior leaders with administrative and project related duties.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure attendees have all materials ahead of time.
- Create and maintain tracking reports for project deadlines and budgets quarterly.
- Track and update consultant agreements, change orders, and invoices ensuring back up documentation is collected.
- Communicate and follow-up with consultants and municipalities to gather and put together data from teams throughout the US.
- Process travel and expense report
- Provide support on special projects as needed.
- Create charts, tables within MS Word
- Export data from databases to manipulate and merges spreadsheets for requested reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate office experience.
- Advanced Excel (v-lookups, macros)
- Experienced with creating charts and tables in Word and strong PowerPoint presentations inserting charts, files and animation, and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using MRI, Crystal Reports, and NetDocs.
- Experience with commercial real estate.
