Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build out cloud agnostic security solutions
- Roll out new technology for cloud specific security concerns
- Support the security of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes/Docker, and Terraform based infrastructure
- Please note that you will be hands-on implementing security controls on AWS and GCP cloud
- Create the glue between systems through secure communications
- Design strategies around data ingestion and detection
- Work with developers on establishing and enforcing secure coding practices
- Conduct pen test, vulnerability scans, web application security scans, on a regular basis, and drive the remediation of security gaps.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in CS or related field, with an overall industry experience of at least 10 years in infosec domain
- Technical depth, a desire to get things done, and be recognized for your achievements
- 2 years’ experience in working with AWS/GCP security and different security standards
- Focus on larger projects, like building out cloud agnostic solutions at scale.
- Roll out new technology to address corporate and production security concerns
- Support the security of Kubernetes and Terraform infrastructure
- 3+ years’ working experience with Linux is a must
- Ability to script in a language like Python is a must
- Must be comfortable working with shell scripting
- Experience with tool sets relevant to modern cloud operations like SIEM, WAF, vulnerability scans, pen tests, CIS benchmarking, etc.
- Must have strong knowledge of encryption protocols, secret management, SSO technology, etc.
- Able to clearly design and communicate complex solutions and then collaborate on them
- Prior experience with web applications security will be a plus
- Experience with Go and Java is a plus
Minimum Salary: $159,200.00
Maximum Salary:$228,850.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
