Overview
As the Sector IT Senior Manager, you will act as the DevSecOps lead for Corporate and Global Functions (CGF) Commercialization and related solutions being delivered. The objective of this role is to drive completion of key DevSecOps project activities in collaboration with other IT teams and business partners, act as an advocate of change, understand process interdependencies, and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other teams. This role will adopt and adhere to the PepsiCo DevSecOps principles.
Responsibilities
- Lead the demand shaping and delivery execution for CGF Commercialization and related projects and DevOps releases
- Direct/coach project managers and delivery and operations resources
- Collaborate with all teams to implement and deploy CGF Commercialization and related DevSecOps projects leveraging agile and waterfall methodologies
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification, and standardization capabilities
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams
- Participate in Sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key ceremonies
- Adopt and adhere to PepsiCo SAFe Agile principles and values:
- Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
- Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
- Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer-review within the team
- Procure/manage development and operations vendors/resources
- Manage financial budgets and forecasts for baseline and investment projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects
Technical Skills
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: myIT Portfolio (Clarity), MS Azure DevOps, myServices (Service Now), myInnovation (Planisware Enterprise)
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Knowledge and experience in the following business processes are nice to have: Commercialization and R&D

Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $100,500 – $168,150
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
