Job Description :
Cognizant is looking to hire a Digital Asset manager to work with our expanding Digital Engineering practice, In order to support our expanding Digital Asset Management practice, Cognizant currently has an opening for a Senior Manager of Digital Asset Management within our consulting organization. Typical projects include Digital-End-To-End, Digital Asset Management, and Workflow Automation for Fortune 1000 companies that are looking to evolve their workflows to digital. Working in small to medium-sized teams, individuals are expected to bring thought leadership and process to their respective projects. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding Cognizant’s presence within this industry as well as overseeing project teams in the delivery of Cognizant’s offerings within this space.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of DAM is expected to spend most of their time delivering the highest quality work to our clients. The remainder of the Senior Manager’s time will be spent identifying and working with leadership to pursue business opportunities to provide value to clients.

• Remove roadblocks
• Coach team members
• Ability to build strong relationships and Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies
• Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups.

The Salary rate for this position is between $110K – 145K, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
