Digital Asset Senior Manager (MediaBeacon)
Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified DAM with experience developing and building high-performing ( 13+ years of experience) , scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Responsibilities:
- Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation. Coach team members.
- Remove roadblocks.
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, budget management technologies.
- Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large group.

Location: Irvine – CA or Remote
The Salary rate for this position is between $110K – 146K, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
