Job Description
Your Role:
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing graphics and content to life in an agency specifically built for creativity at speed.
- To be the right person for this role, you must love making thumb-stopping digital creative that delights consumers and drives conversions. You should also be calm, organized, and good handling feedback.
- Your day-to-day will be to deliver effective creative for various digital-first platforms (Facebook, IG, Snap, Amazon, brand.com, retailer.com and YouTube).
- This role works closely with other Designers, Writers and Account Leads day-to-day work and prioritization.
Job Duties:
- Partner with team to design and produce for eComm, social, web, motion graphics, email and iMedia.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective digital designs.
- Work with eComm client teams to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards, while working with animators and developers to ensure proper implementation of creative vision is carried through.
- Experienced with Adobe After Effects and motion design principles.
- Ensure consistency of brand equity across all work.
Qualifications
- You can be a rising senior, recent graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
- A resume and portfolio
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite- Specifically with Photoshop, Illustrator, and have the drive to make things happen
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $15.38 – $22.36/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
Program Duration and Details:
- Hybrid Internship (minimum of 1-2 days in office with virtual exceptions by agency)
- 10-week internship program from 6/6/2023-8/15/2023
- The hourly rates for our internship positions are $20-23/hour based on role, skill set, education level, and experience
