Digital marketing designer, Amazon Key

This role will focus on designing visually compelling, impactful, and effective advertising creative for internal and external stakeholders, primarily digitally-focused. This role will report to the Lead Designer, Amazon Key and collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and product managers.

Key job responsibilities

– Design impactful and visually compelling digital, social, and brand experiences

– Develop conceptual wire frames and visual mock ups for review, feedback, and approvals

– Extract complex concepts and develop flows and mocks reflecting a range of options for selection

– Create user-centered designs by considering analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings

– Work with project managers to plan projects for effective delivery while maintaining high standards for design

– Present design work to internal stakeholders for review and feedback

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 4+ years of years of design experience

– 4+ years of experience working with typography, design principles, trends, and best practices across web and mobile

– 4+ years experience with digital design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Power Point, Figma, Xd, Sketch

– Portfolio demonstrating design experience, brand work, UX design, digital marketing

– Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent design-related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in designing cross-platform experiences

– Experience with motion design, film making, animation design

– Strong understanding of landing experiences, digital, and social platforms

– Ability to effectively communicate design rationale and customer benefits

– Strong advocate for high quality design and a passion for sharing with others

– Experience with consumer brand experience design and understanding of storytelling

– Experience with mobile and web-based architecture and design, including usability principles and techniques

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $148,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
