Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Producer will be a key member of the Marketing & Communications team at Guggenheim Securities.
The Digital Marketing Producer will contribute to and execute the digital brand and content strategy for Guggenheim Securities across all web properties and platforms including, but not limited to external and internal websites and social media channels. The Digital Product Manager will lead the product roadmap for website launches and redesigns; manage UX/UI design conception and implementation; set requirements for IT teams to use as milestones; manage content for Guggenheim Securities digital properties; coordinate with banking, research, and management teams to develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive engagement; and stay current on cutting edge technologies to ensure ongoing, consistent, and relevant engagement with clients, prospects, employees, and recruits.
Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and meticulous planning in a highly collaborative environment are requirements for the candidate. The ideal candidate will be able to define product roadmaps, ensure timely deliverables, crafting employee and client stories, and owning responsibility for the end-product. To be successful in the role, the individual should possess an entrepreneurial outlook and willingness to take a hands-on approach to all phases of planning and development as well as execution. This individual will have a client-focused mindset and liaise with multiple senior stakeholders and manage communication flows among internal teams, external agencies, and social media platform partners.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify and develop scalable digital product solutions that will contribute to our clients’ overall strategy and vision
- Own and drive a product roadmap to meet business goals
- Assist with the conception, creation and execution of web properties and social media posts
- Utilize HTML and CSS to build and maintain webpages
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for internal digital properties to inform product decisions
- Conduct usability tests for internal and external digital properties and implement feedback to improve user adoption
- Capture images and videos for posts to maximize engagement with key audiences
- Execute and analyze campaigns that provide insight and actionable recommendations
- Maintain an executive presence and client-focused mindset in engaging with senior leaders
- Strategize on content pipelines and create, curate and maintain content calendars
- Support day-to-day website content maintenance and social media efforts, including real-time requests from key internal stakeholders across the firm
- Strong attention to detail: Fact-check, proofread and gain the needed approvals for real-time content requests
- Amplification of messaging and fostering engagement through social media accounts
- Integration of email marketing, social media and web platforms
- Production and distribution of video clips
- Production of measurement reports/dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management for a software development product
- Familiarity with investment banking and/or highly regulated industry

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Extensive web development experience including HTML, javascript and content management systems
- Background in working with and managing agencies
Basic Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience managing corporate websites and/or social media accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using content management systems and digital marketing platforms, such as Kentico and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, respectively.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere)
- Proficient in social media publishing and monitoring tools
- Proficient in managing large scale projects and campaigns
Salary Details
- Annual base salary between $120,000 – $150,000
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
- Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week.
