Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our team in the Baltimore-Washington DC-Philadelphia market. As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in selling our suite of digital marketing solutions to local businesses. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and providing them with effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Sell a comprehensive set of solutions from our market-leading portfolio, including SEM, SEO, Social Media, YouTube, OTT/CTV, Targeted Display, Websites, Live chat, and more.
- Utilize your digital marketing sales experience and local market connections to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a well-crafted sales process/methodology, demonstrating outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Proactively engage in new business development through cold-calling, networking, and leveraging your successful track record.
- Build rapport and cultivate strong business relationships with clients, fostering trust and shared success.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com or similar) to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, personal integrity, and initiative in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong B2B sales skills with a focus on digital advertising and a deep understanding of local markets.
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective sales processes/methodologies.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Fearless approach to new business development, including cold-calling and networking.
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong business relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com or similar.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in key marketing solutions, including Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media, Reputation Management, Streaming or Programmatic, and OTT.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $85,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
