Compensation:
- 100% uncapped commission based on successful hires
- Year 1 OTE = $108,000+ based on 12 hires with an average $30K Fee

Job Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all SEO, social media, and email marketing to candidate + client prospects in order to drive more successful hires.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee all LinkedIn company and group page social media posts, activity, and opportunities
- Oversee all company website marketing
- Increase engagement and response rates through email and video marketing
Qualifications
Successful Digital Marketing Specialist applicants will have a successful background in digital marketing in the technology and/or human resources sector.

- Must be able to work 100% USA-Remote in Eastern Timezone (ET)
- Must be located in the United States of America
