Digital Media Program Specialist – Omaha NE or Remote

The Digital Media Program Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the formulation and execution of digital media strategies in support of the Direct to Consumer team’s long and short term goals for profitable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Supports Digital Media Program Manager(s) in campaign set-up, quality assurance, and maintenance in platforms such as Google and Bing (with a specific focus on Paid Search campaigns).
  • Participates in the formulation of digital media strategies, aligning marketing campaigns to larger strategic objectives to gain leads and acquire new customers. Brings new execution opportunities from idea stage to execution.
  • Supports creative approvals by liaising with Legal & Compliance to ensure digital advertising assets are appropriate for the competitive and regulatory environment.
  • Mines campaign performance in real-time to surface optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to formulate test plans to validate new creative or changes in campaign direction with the goal of continuous improvement.
  • Maintains awareness of the competitive environment, insurance industry, online trends (social, mobile, and other advances in trends/technologies) and key industry regulations, which may impact program(s) and/or business model, and overall strategic objective.

  • Must be located in United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Ideal candidate will be located in the Omaha or surrounding area to allow for occasional in-office collaboration. Fully remote will be considered for the right candidate.
  • At least 2-4 years of professional experience executing paid digital media. Preference for experience in Paid Search execution, but experience with other digital platforms will be considered.
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising and marketing principles, including search (both Paid and Organic) optimization, display, affiliate, email, social media and mobile online tactics.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Comfort working with data to translate business objectives to paid media execution and optimization.
  • Self-motivated, driven and hungry for growth with an acute sense of ownership.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

VALUABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Familiarity working within a bid management platform and/or paid search publishers, such as SA360

  • Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on start date.
  • Salary Range: Minimum: $65,000 – $103,000
