Title: Digital Producer
Location: New York, NY
Department/Discipline: Project Management
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with all departments to oversee creation of innovative and strategic digital executions
• Serve as a digital expert to the team by being comfortable and knowledgeable providing consultative decisions regarding digital production deliverables (including but not limited to websites, IVA’s, social media, video, animation, congress)
• Build and foster relationships with third-party vendors, including applicable packaging and handoffs of content, and seeking and understanding technical specifications – ensuring these specifications are met throughout project lifecycle
• Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed solutions and recommending relevant and actionable approaches, offering support throughout planning and execution process
• Assist with QA/ UAT/MLR processes and development of functional requirements for digital projects
• Provide oversight and create efficiencies to maximize timing/budget throughout lifecycle of project.
• Lead and/or participate in client communications inclusive of tactical/vendor status calls, presentation meetings
• Stay up-to-date and current on new technologies and digital platforms
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 2 years in digital production role, preferably in an agency setting
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of UX concepts, processes, and its best practices
• Strategic minded to understand client’s business and marketing objectives
• Excellent communication skills between internal and external teams, translating perspectives and organizational challenges related to projects
• Preferred familiarity with the following: Project management and development software (Jira/Trello/Ziflow/Hive) design and prototyping software (Adobe CS, Sketch, Invision, Figma); Development process (SCRUM, agile methodology, sprint planning)
• Bachelor’s degree required
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
