The Digital Product Manager-Connected Services operates within the Parts & Service Operations team at CNH Industrial and will design new service products, lead feature development, and work with cross functional teams to deliver the best possible solutions to our customers.
The ideal candidate will be near our offices in Racine, WI or Burr Ridge, IL.
Responsibilities
- Digital Product Development and Management to maintain the best customer and user experience applying agile methodology on all the development and product lifecycle phases.
- Conceptualize and implement Connected Services to improve customer value
- Backlog management, user story creation / breakdown and engagement in agile ceremonies such as sprint and increment planning.
- Secure validation/approval and support roll-out activity of new services in coordination with Brand, Digital and Aftermarket functions of the different segments.
- Conduct periodical Services portfolio evaluation and gap analysis in order to continuously reposition and redesign as part of the Digitalization journey.
- Coordinate communications from regional level to global corporate functions.
- Lead initiatives in a cross-cultural environment of a global organization defining procedures and business flow for each service.
- Management of specific business processes and technology solutions; and supporting and sharing information with all segments.
- Ongoing analysis, assessment and review of business integration of Connected Services.
- Stay up-to-date about market/competition changes
- Follow and/or attend applicable trade shows and/or conferences to get a feel for overall market trends and present on CNH Industrial related topics.
The salary offered for this opportunity will fall between $88,000 and $127,000 annually. (Actual salary offered will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two (2) years of experience collaborating with agile development teams
- At least two (2) years of experience in product ownership or product management
- Must be able to accommodate global schedules/time zones
- Ability to travel as needed (10%-20%) annually
The preferred candidate will have:
- Project management experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills – PowerPoint included
- Ability to work under pressure with a customer-first mentality
