Digital Signal Business Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Signal Business Analyst who will be responsible for leading the synthesis of business analysis across Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) segments and capabilities for business reporting supporting our digital signal objectives in for SMC. Scope of analysis will range from marketing needs through lead flow/ marketing scoring, recommendation reporting and analytics needs, and into seller action and conversion of insights to opportunities to close. You will lead the business analysis efforts within SMC and your key partners will be sales and marketing leaders in the organization. Your focus will be oriented around business strategy and analysis to support our digital signal strategy.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise working in Marketing analytics or Sales analytics.
  • Experience with developing BI solutions leveraging Power BI, PowerPivot or Excel, and/or other technologies.
  • Advanced SQL / Power BI Modeling and Reporting authoring skills preferred.
  • Project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously & efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication. Ability to distill complex ideas (strategy and data model) in simple terms for stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and able to work within stringent deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and ability to design and optimize new processes and solutions.
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment.
  • Experience working with Executive level managers required .
  • Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence.
  • Intellectually curious, lifelong learner, agile and willing to embrace change.
  • A drive to constantly improve upon existing best practices and processes.

Business Program Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 – $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 – $195,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and land strategic initiatives to support Small, Medium and Corporate (SMC) sales and tools operations.
  • Understand the connection between ABMs and other Digital signals and Digital Sales: cultivate relationship and collaborate with digital sales analytics team, Data Scientists, and sales excellence.
  • Evolve rhythm of business reporting and data science practice, drive insights and analysis around business impact of ABM and other digital signals
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing and Sales business partners to develop clear, content complete scenarios for Data Science efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to propose innovative technology solutions and drive the design execution from concept to completion.
  • Be the face for business analysis and insights on the SMC Digital Capability team, prioritize and bubble up issues and concerns to internal digital signal data science teams as they arise.
  • Own insight creation (in collaboration with the team). The business analyst will help with the analysis and do the storytelling and/or consult methodology for Sales and Marketing Analytics & Data Science efforts in support of your business areas.
  • Help drive projects and work within a standardized engagement model. You will help drive a set of best practices for the entire group and work within the established processes/practices to provide a consistent engagement model for all our partners.
  • Develop project plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences.
  • Identify areas to partner on cross-group initiatives to achieve joint or complimentary goals.
