About The Role
Frontier is seeking a highly collaborative, well-organized, and analytical individual with a strong background in the telecom or technology industry to join our dynamic Business Digital team. As a Digital Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy. This position requires a can-do attitude and proven experience in coordinating team efforts for tactical executions in engagement events. Collaboration and cohesive campaign management are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating, attending, and sometimes leading project calls with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth progress of ongoing and upcoming launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial plan to meet marketing objectives and effectively engage target audience segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content marketing initiatives
- Drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention through content creation
- Demonstrate basic SEO understanding and ensure content is appropriately categorized, structured, developed, distributed, and measured. Maintain consistency with our brand voice, style, and tone
- Manage digital content hubs, including social channels, email/newsletter distribution, and other relevant platforms
- Regularly measure and optimize content performance to improve effectiveness
- Oversee creative resources, including designers, writers, and agency personnel
- Integrate content programs with brand campaigns to drive demand and enhance brand recognition
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent working experience
- Proven track record in creating web content and growing social media audiences
- Editorial mindset with a focus on understanding audience preferences and creating compelling content
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance effectively
- Proficiency in content management platforms, Google Analytics, and experience with SiteCore is a plus
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders’ needs in a complex environment while delivering measurable engagement, leads, and sales results
