Responsibilities
The Digital Strategy Coordinator is a Portland based, hybrid position, with most of the team opting to work 2 flexible days in our gorgeous office, and 3 days remotely. As a Digital Strategy Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Onboarding New Clients: You will be responsible for the successful onboarding and QAing of net new clients and promotional advertising enrollments. You will work both internally, and with clients to obtain required information, access, and data required to successfully launch new accounts.
- Client Communication: You will translate a deep understanding of the value of our solutions into positive action for our promotional customers. You clearly communicate service setup, recommendations, and best practices.
- Assisting in Digital Campaign Management: We have over 1,000 clients, and they need digital advertising owners. You will assist our Digital Advertising Strategists in campaign management for some of their clients while also managing some of your own clients that have unique paths with Adpearance. You will ensure your client’s marketing dollars are spent effectively to meet their goals through thoughtful account management and optimization. You are always pairing strategic excellence with the best interest of the customer.
- Analyzing Data: You’ll be working with large sets of data, identifying areas for improvement, and executing based upon your findings. Show us your most remarkable Excel trick; we’ll be impressed.
- Documentation: We have a terrific library of resources and documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our resource library as we are constantly improving and adapting to the ever-changing digital landscape.
- Working with the Team: There’s a time for headphones and a time to partner hard. You’ll do both, collaborating with talent ranging from developers to designers to client success managers.
- Reporting and Collateral Generation: You will analyze and review automated reports, execute custom and one-off reports, and develop specific account recommendations for the team.
- Learning: This position is a jumping off point within Adpearance. Immerse yourself in different roles and dedicate some of your time to learning our solutions so that you can quickly move up the ladder.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- You are organized. You excel at managing your own workload. Complex projects and fluctuating workloads don’t stress you out; you already know your priorities and what to tackle first– and if you don’t, you have the confidence to ask.
- You communicate clearly and effectively. You are just as comfortable presenting in person as writing an email. You understand people and they understand you.
- You have an unrelenting attention to detail. We can count on you to deliver error-free work on a consistent basis. And if you make the odd mistake, we don’t have to punish you, because you already feel worse than we do.
- You get things done. Issues are addressed before they become problems. You’ve heard the phrase, “Wow, you’re fast” more than a couple of times.
- You’re ready to grow. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level role, but Adpearance is a growing company. We expect that you will learn as much as you can, which will in turn prepare you for future growth opportunities.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience with Google Ads is preferred.
- Customer or account management experience is preferred.
Starting Salary Range: $48,000 – 53,000
