Responsibilities
- Works under general direction on assignments of greater complexity and coordination
- Leverages knowledge of industry, company issues, competitive environment, business and area specific needs to lead, manage, and complete assignments
- Mentors, coaches, and serves as a resource to other peers within the department
- Provides completed staff work
- Contributes to and occasionally leads strategic work
- Exercises judgment and makes decisions required to diagnose and resolve complex problems and issues
- Gathers and analyzes data to ensure sound business decisions and proposes action plans for resolution
- Advocates continuous improvement initiatives
- Exercises judgment, guides and advises business partners as appropriate within their area of expertise
- Provides day-to-day oversight and support of direct marketing (e.g., email and direct mail) activities and campaigns
- Leads and supports driving consideration and purchase across audience segments through email and direct mail channels, may also include agent office materials
- Executes campaigns across targetable communication channels including (but not limited to) direct mail and email
- Provides subject-matter expertise across targeting and tracking and measurement related to email and direct marketing
- Partners with key stakeholders to ensure that they have the email and direct marketing assets needed for campaign team execution
- Remains current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation
- Proactively identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processes
- Identifies appropriate stakeholders and works collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives

- May require travel via commercial transportation or motor vehicles
- May work irregular hours, including weekends/holidays
- Responsible for the handling and maintenance of confidential and highly sensitive information
- Involvement in company approved educational programs as applicable for continued development
Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Formal marketing education and/or experience
- Experience in working with external vendors
- Proficient in project management and driving out timelines
- Experience in coordinating outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience in producing completed staff work, including business recommendations, executive summaries, and project documentation
- Eagerness to learn and achieve personal growth
Potential starting salary range: $58,000 – $90,000
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 15% of base salary
