SUMMARY:
The Director, Art and Design will drive creative art and design direction for advertising campaigns and overall brand expression. Reporting directly to the ED, 360 Campaign Creative, the Director will be responsible for maintaining and elevating the global brand image across all consumer touchpoints with an omnichannel approach. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating highly intuitive, beautifully crafted, well-communicated advertising campaigns that align to brand tone of voice and style. Must have strong experience across a range of mediums including digital, social, integrated, and traditional media.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Collaborate with the ED, 360 Campaign Creative to develop thoughtful, innovative omnichannel campaigns in line with brand strategy and campaign needs.
• Concept, art direct, and execute compelling creative storytelling across omnichannel platforms while driving creative strategy and execution.
• Participate in Creative briefings, and partner closely with Marketing to understand campaign needs in order to support overall brand strategy and activation.
• Ensure a high level of excellence in concept, design, photographic art direction, supervision of retouching, supervision of production, and campaign execution to ensure consistency and cohesiveness.
• Present to, and collaborate directly with the ED, Campaign Creative and VP, Creative Director.
• Present directly to and collaborate with cross functional partners, senior leadership, and Brand President
• Partner with agencies and supervise all outside services as needed.
• Lead, manage, develop, inspire a team of creative in both day to day and long term.
• Provide guidance and direction on regional adaptions while understanding need for local nuance with guidance as needed.
• Work directly with regional Creative Directors and COEs to develop iterative campaigns for localization as needed.
• Partner with Creative Ops & Content Production team to make sure all assets are captured during shoots.
• Maintain brand strategy, identity, and consistency.
Qualifications:
POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS:
• BA or BFA required.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a creative environment.
• Must have substantial knowledge of pre and postproduction including retouching, pre-press (as needed), proofing (as needed) and be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, and highly skilled in Photoshop.
• Basic After Effects/Animation skills is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills, team spirited, and able to guide and develop team members.
• Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative.
• Superior organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic and luxury mindset.
• Awareness of emerging technologies. Proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000 to $195,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
