Job Summary
The Director, Service Line leader will lead the community of interest or Center of Excellence across PPM (variable and account teams), and will be the expert in the discipline and champion of best practices under the leadership and guidance of the President. Specific areas of expertise include: defining the offerings, build the platform and pricing models, develop and lead industry campaigns, author white papers, best practices and case studies, build training and tools for application within the delivery organization, to allow for a strong talent pipeline within the discipline (CPM). The role will have a matrixed reporting of employees to the Director, while direct day-to-day management resides with variable and account management leaders. Position can sit in San Francisco or Seattle.

Qualifications
- Expert experience in consulting, advisory or professional services
- Well networked in the community and the industry
- Considered a thought leader in your domain
- Actively involved in client marketing activities, including cross selling of services
- Creation and execution of business proposal process including delivering presentations, negotiating fees, and contract negotiations
- Matrix Management model experience
- Successfully have grown and led a practice/team with Corporate Services, Project Management or Program Management industry
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Masters degree in Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering a +
- Ability and willingness to travel
- 10 years’ experience in general contracting, real estate project management, move management, facilities management, or experience specifically in managing large portfolio move and launch projects.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Ability to manage cloud based and online management software.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to move within and between client buildings more than 50% of the day.
- Must be available evenings and weekends depending on project deadlines.
- The person in this role needs to be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
