Director-Clinical Services

Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Direct and oversee program operations, including budget management, developing marketing plans, and independent decision-making for programs requiring clinical expertise.
  • Provide clinical consultation, oversight of case planning, care coordination, and supervision to the staff.
  • Develop, plan, and implement program goals, objectives, personnel, resources, and equipment.
  • Ensure that services are focused on the patients presenting problem and request for service.
  • Provide health education to patients, staff, and practitioners within the area of specialty. Develops, implements, and promotes specified health education to the general campus community as appropriate.
  • Ensures that procedures and workflow are consistent with organizational objectives, treatment protocols, regulations, and standards of care.

Educational/Licensure/Skills Requirement:

  • Master’s degree in behavioral or mental health or a closely related field.
  • Four or more years of experience working with the adult patient population is required.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience required.
  • Current and valid license to practice as a Social Worker or Counselor.
  • Current and valid CPR certification is required.
  • Current and valid CPI certification required.
