Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with social media platforms including creating and implementing social media strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in leading, managing, developing, and supporting executive communications initiatives and programs including but not limited to the following: executive communications strategy setting and planning; Storytelling and messaging; social media campaigns, internal and external platforms.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years specialized functional (e.g. technology) experience and/or Cloud technology solution experience
- 2+ years of experience as a storyteller in t he Tech space and a demonstrated creative approach to storytelling and agility in navigating different channels from written comms to digital video and hybrid formats
- 2+ years’ experience developing communication frameworks and plans including supporting presentation resources and broadly scaling reach and impact.
- 6+ years’ experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role
- 3+ years’ experience working with social media platforms including creating and implementing social media strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise communications in the right “voice” that distills information into compelling, memorable messaging
- Proven ability to earn trust, listen and collaborate well within a global, matrixed organization.
- Ability to synthesize complex strategies and influence direction at the executive level
- Self-starter with high level of integrity, discretion, and ability to exercise judgement.
- Comfortable in a high-paced and dynamic team environment, graceful and resilient under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and programmatically with clear prioritization.
Communications IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 – $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 – $264,000 per year.

T his is a strategic role that provides a tremendous opportunity for business impact across a global organization and engaging with leaders across the business . This role requires a breadth of communication experience and the ability to work quickly with agility across a variety of projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- D evelop and drive stories in fresh ways that generate positive perceptions . Leverage expertise to determine what format is most appropriate and meaningful for a story and target audience(s) .
- Ensures content is relevant and appropriate across the channel s (e.g., Webinars, podcasts, posts, core materials for field ) to successfully reach and increase audience.
- Lead the development of frameworks and commensurate collateral to enhance thought leadership . Tests effectiveness of messaging. Understands and advises others including the Leadership Team on available channels, which channels to leverage , and what to advocate for in terms of messaging.
